The Virtual Haus Before this, I’d never listened much to noise at all. I enjoyed this work far more than I expected. Both tracks have very well earned their names, and I find myself falling into a sort of trance as I listen to them, the sensory overload of noise easing my anxiety and quieting my mind. I’d like to further remark that the cassette print and sleeve art by Bludhoney Records is nothing short of impeccable — both the blue and red editions are absolutely gorgeous, and worth owning, if possible. Favorite track: Dark Wind Flow.

The sort of music that is beyond time. The sort of music that you feel more than you hear. I love the fact that vaporwave/dreampunk projects like these have such extremely evocative aesthetics they directly fill your mind with sensations you didn't know you had. You'd maybe think it relies on that solely, but it's coupled with gorgeous musicianship + intense production ideas.
